We've made paying your tuition easy! Not everyone is capable of using the same payment platform and we get that, which is why we have several different options to choose from. 

Pay Through Our Website

Paying your child's tuition through our website is super easy. Just scroll down and select the program that your child is in, add it to the cart and at checkout, please list your child's first and last name, as well as the week in which you are paying tuition for. You will receive an invoice via email.

Brightwheel

Paying through your parent app is easy. We can also setup auto pay to come out weekly, bi-weekly or monthlyif you wish.

Zelle

Zelle, much like Venmo, Zelle is just as easy to use as well. Just download the app or check with your bank; they may already have the pay with Zelle option available for you. Enter our main number, (903) 224-4797 and boom, payment is sent within minutes. 

Venmo

Scan the QR Code located at the front deskand you will easily be able to pay your child's tuition in minutes.

To pay with a check, please make all checks payable to:

Please make sure to write your child's name in the memo section and drop it off with our receptionist on Monday mornings. 

Cash

If you are paying your child's tuition with cash, please pay at the front desk at drop off on Monday mornings. Please do not give cash or check payments to anyone other than our receptionist. 

Tuition for our Monday-Friday Care is due on each Monday at drop off for the current week of care. 

Tuition for Before or After School Care is due on each Monday at drop off for the current week of care. 

Tuition for our Preschool Class is due on each Monday at drop off for the current week of care.

Tuition for our Kinder Prep Class is due on each Monday at drop off for the current week of care. 

Drop-in Care Tuition is due at the time of drop off.

Parent Night Out Care Tuition is due at the time of drop off.

Saturday Care Tuition is due at the time of drop off.

Little Cub Camps Tuition is due the first day of the camp.
